Q + A

What time should I arrive?

Arriving between 4:00 - 4:15 would give you ample time to mingle and find a seat before the ceremony begins. If you happen to be late, there are areas in the distance where you can stand and watch the ceremony.

What is an "unplugged" ceremony?

An unplugged ceremony is where guests are asked to turn off their devices and refrain from taking photos until the reception. We will have a professional photographer capturing every moment along the way, and many opportunities for photos!

Are children allowed to attend?

Between our two families, we have so many children and yours are welcome to come. Please be sure to add them when you RSVP if you decide to take them with you so that we can get a close to accurate head count. There will be a juice bar and outdoor activities.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception are fortunately at the same location, and do take place outdoors. Between the trees and some coverings, there will be many areas to beat the heat before the sun sets if needed.

Is the venue easy to find?

The address is listed on your invitation, but it can get tricky once you're close by. We recommend using your GPS, but there will also be plenty of signage with balloons going up the hill. There will be easy directions for parking as well.

Do I have a plus one?

All who have been invited will be listed on your invitation. Those with plus ones will have the choice to RSVP for their guest as well.

When should I RSVP by?

Your final response is requested by June 30th of 2025. Guests who do not RSVP are assumed to not be attending.
